K. Rukoomani is a company secretary, who has over 10 years experience in corporate secretarial practice and has been a director of AM Corporate Services since 2002. Prior to joining AM Corporate Services, she has worked in a reputable medium size CPA firm and in M & C Services Pte Ltd (secretarial division of KPMG).

Our consultant and associate, Chandra Mohan (FCCA) is an auditor registered with Instituted of Certified Public Accountant of Singapore (ICPAS) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK. He has more than 15 years of experience in audit, taxation, accountancy related work, business advisory and corporate secretarial matters and held senior management positions with various audit firms and has also worked with the Income Tax department.

Our other consultant, Lim Lian Soon (FCCA, FCPA [Aust], FCPA (Singapore) has more than 30 years experience in audit, taxation, accountancy work. Lim Lian Soon is our consultant on major assignments we undertake (he reviews and supervise). He is a practising Certified Public Accountant and also lectures in CPE and in-house courses for the ICPAS and government agencies.

AM Corporate Services cultivates strategic partnerships with external auditors, financial advisors, solicitors in order to serve our clients better, and with objectivity.
