Company set up for Singapore Residents

If at least one of the proposed directors is a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or existing employment pass/dependent pass holder, this package is suitable for you. This package includes all the necessary formalities and costs associated with formation of your Singapore company. It also includes the provision of corporate secretarial service for 1 year (subject to the terms of our engagement letter).

Company set up for Singapore Non Residents
(For those who are not residing in Singapore or do not intend to work in Singapore) |

This service is designed for foreigners who need to register a Singapore company but do not plan to relocate to Singapore. This package includes all cost incurred in relation to the registration of the proposed company. It also includes the provision of corporate secretarial service / company secretary for 1 year (subject to the terms of our engagement letter).
It also includes the services of a nominee director for a period of 1 year (under Singapore Companies Act, there must be at least one resident at all time).
(In addition to the quoted fee, we also require S$3000 refundable security deposit. This amount will be refunded to you once you no longer need our nominee director service).

Company set up + Employment Pass Application
(For those foreign entrepreneurs who intend to work in Singapore after the company is set up) |

This service covers all cost incurred in relation to the registration of the proposed company. It also includes the provision of corporate secretarial service / company secretary for 1 year (subject to the terms of our engagement letter).
It also includes the services of a nominee director for a period of maximum 3 months while the employment pass application is being applied/processed.
(We will also collect a security deposit of S$3000, which will be refunded immediately upon your approval of the Employment Pass).

This package is designed for foreign individuals who are currently not resident in Singapore but need to register a Singapore company and relocate to Singapore to manage their business. In addition to the above, it includes: Entrepass business plan assistance, Entrepass application filing and provision of a local sponsor for the application.

In addition, companies must observe the internal regulatory procedures set out in their Articles of Association.
